Acceptance of These Terms

Welcome to amirapuravida.com. These Terms of Use form a binding agreement between you and Amira Puravida, governing your access to and use of this website, all related services, programmes, and digital products.

By accessing, browsing, or using this site, by booking any session, or by purchasing any product or programme, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. The two documents work together. If you do not agree to either, please discontinue use of the site and our services.

We may reference these Terms simply as "Terms" or "Agreement" throughout this page. References to "we", "us", or "our" refer to Amira Puravida. References to "you" or "your" refer to the individual visitor, client, or customer.

Clear agreements are an act of mutual care.

About Our Services

Amira Puravida is a California-based life coach, holistic healer, sound healer, and voice activation guide. Our offerings include one-to-one life coaching, holistic healing sessions, breathwork, voice activation work, sound healing sessions, group programmes, digital downloads, podcast episodes, written content, and free resources.

Written articles, essays, and reflections are published on the Journal, and audio content is available through the Podcast.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service, programme, or piece of content at any time, without notice and without liability to you.

Who Can Use This Site

To use this website, to book any session, or to purchase any product, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information when booking or purchasing
• Use the site and services only for lawful purposes consistent with these Terms

By using this site, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel bookings at our sole discretion if we believe these conditions are not being met.

Bookings, Sessions & Cancellations

Sessions, programmes, and consultations are booked through our website or in direct communication with Amira. Once a booking is confirmed and payment is received, your session is reserved exclusively for you.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

• Cancellations or reschedules made at least 48 hours before your scheduled session will receive a full refund or a free reschedule
• Cancellations between 24 and 48 hours before your session may receive a 50 percent refund or a reschedule, subject to availability
• Cancellations within 24 hours of your session, or missed appointments without notice, forfeit the full session fee
• If Amira needs to cancel or reschedule a session, you will be offered a full refund or a free reschedule at your preferred time
• For programmes and packages that include multiple sessions, the cancellation policy applies to each individual session within the package

Late Arrival

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to a session, the session may be shortened to fit the remaining time, or rescheduled at Amira's discretion, without refund. We hold your session time even when you are running late.

Pricing, Payments & Refunds

All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments for sessions, programmes, and physical or digital items in our Shop are processed securely through trusted third-party payment providers such as Stripe and PayPal. We do not store payment card details on our servers.

Refund Policy

• Digital products (downloads, recordings, e-books, online courses): Due to the immediate-delivery nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable once the product has been accessed or downloaded
• Live sessions and consultations: Refunds are governed by the cancellation policy in Section 04 above
• Group programmes: A full refund is available up to 7 days before the programme start date; partial refunds may be offered between 7 days before and the first session at our discretion; no refunds are available after the programme has begun
• Physical products from the Shop: Unopened items may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund of the product price, less shipping costs; the return shipping is the customer's responsibility
• Special offers, bundles, and gift cards: Non-refundable unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase

Pricing Changes

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. The price applicable to your booking or purchase will be the price displayed at the time of confirmation. Existing bookings already paid for will not be affected by subsequent price changes.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website, including text, articles, photographs, illustrations, logos, audio recordings, video, course materials, programme workbooks, downloadable resources, and the underlying design and layout, is the intellectual property of Amira Puravida and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

This includes, without limitation, articles published in our Journal, episodes and show notes published on our Podcast, materials within paid programmes accessed via Work With Me, and digital products sold through the Shop.

What You May Do

• View, read, and listen to our publicly available content for your personal, non-commercial use
• Share links to public pages, blog posts, or podcast episodes on social media, with attribution
• Quote short excerpts for the purposes of review, commentary, or fair use, with proper credit

What You May Not Do

• Reproduce, copy, distribute, sell, sublicense, or publicly display any of our content without written permission
• Re-record, transcribe, or republish podcast episodes, sessions, or programme audio in whole or in substantial part
• Use our content, name, or branding to imply endorsement, partnership, or affiliation
• Use our materials to train, fine-tune, or build artificial intelligence systems, machine-learning models, or automated text or voice generators
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission

Programme participants and clients are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access purchased materials for their own use only. This license terminates if you breach these Terms.

User Conduct & Acceptable Use

When you use this site, attend a session, or participate in a programme, you agree to behave in a manner that is respectful, lawful, and consistent with the values of our community. You agree not to:

• Use the site or services in any way that violates applicable local, state, federal, or international law
• Harass, threaten, abuse, defame, or intimidate Amira, staff, contractors, or fellow programme participants
• Post, upload, or transmit content that is obscene, hateful, discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation
• Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code; attempt to access secured areas of the site; or interfere with the normal operation of the site
• Collect, harvest, or scrape information about other users without their consent
• Record, share, or distribute the content of a private session or group programme without express written consent
• Use this site or our services for any commercial purpose without our prior written agreement

We reserve the right to remove content, suspend accounts, terminate access, or refuse future bookings in response to conduct that we, in our sole discretion, consider in breach of these Terms.

Medical & Wellness Disclaimer

Amira is not a licensed physician, psychologist, psychiatrist, therapist, or dietitian. Holistic healing, life coaching, breathwork, voice activation, and sound healing are complementary modalities and are not regulated as healthcare in the State of California. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, mental health condition, or medical issue.

If you are experiencing a physical, mental, or emotional health concern, please consult a qualified healthcare professional. Always seek the advice of your physician or another qualified provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice, or delay seeking it, because of something you have read, listened to, or experienced through Amira Puravida.

You are responsible for your own physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing during and after any session, programme, or use of our content. By booking or participating, you confirm that you have considered whether participation is appropriate for you and that you assume full responsibility for your participation.

If you are pregnant, recovering from surgery, taking medication for a serious condition, or living with a diagnosed medical or mental health condition, please consult your doctor before engaging in breathwork, sound healing, voice activation, or any of our other modalities.

If You Are in Crisis

Amira Puravida is not a crisis service. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, suicidal thoughts, or any immediate danger, please call 911, the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline in the United States, or your local emergency services. We are not equipped to provide emergency support.

Any testimonials, success stories, case studies, or examples of client experience shared on this website, in the Journal, on the Podcast, on social media, or in marketing materials represent the individual experience of the person sharing them. They are not a guarantee, promise, or representation of the results you will achieve.

Results vary significantly from person to person based on factors including personal circumstance, commitment, openness, prior experience, physical and emotional health, and many others. Amira makes no claim or warranty, express or implied, that you will achieve any specific outcome, breakthrough, healing, or transformation through any of our offerings.

Your engagement with our services is a personal investment in your own growth, made at your own risk and on your own responsibility.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Amira Puravida, including its owners, contractors, affiliates, and service providers, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of this website, our services, or our content. This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, business interruption, personal injury, or emotional distress, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or any other legal theory, and whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms, the site, or our services shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred United States Dollars (USD $100), whichever is greater.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the site, or our services shall be resolved as follows.

Informal Resolution First

Before initiating any formal proceeding, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting us in writing. We will attempt to respond within 30 days of receiving your notice and to work in good faith toward a resolution.

Venue

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, any legal action, suit, or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California, United States. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of these courts.

Termination of Access

We may suspend or terminate your access to the site, your account, or your participation in any programme at any time, with or without notice, for conduct we believe is in breach of these Terms or harmful to other users, to us, or to third parties. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall do so, including intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification.

Updates & Contact

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our services, our practices, applicable law, or other operational factors. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page, and where the changes are significant, we will notify you by email (if you are a subscriber) or by placing a prominent notice on the site.

Your continued use of this site or our services after the updated Terms have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, please discontinue use of the site and services.
